There are two places.
1.Their ip
What i mean by this is actually logging onto the player and chill. Watch him do transactions. His bank Account will show. Then just run it like a bank mission to find the password etc.

2. Chill out on a bank. Wait for a player to make a transaction. Repeat above transaction
