When replacing a spyware file on a targets machine, removing theirs, uploading yours with the same name and level... somewhat like how the trojan mimicks an antivirus, for example.

the target then goes and uploads the spyware that i planted on their machine, is now on another machine, doesn't show me the details.

whereas i upload a trojan to my target, they upload it elsewhere, i get that machine added to my list.

is this a bug, oversight, or intentional?

this was tested with spyware and miner, the replacement had the same name and level, but different ID

suggesting that it's related to me, the creator, thus wouldn't it work similar to the trojans, in that uploaded elsewhere, would still phone home to me?

yeah, we tested it out, the trojan does work as expected, but not the usual malware, not sure if it's the install command, or the uploader, since spyware also worked int he testers favour

he used my spyware, uploaded it, and he got the benefits lol

from what i know, trojans are unique in that the owner never changes no matter who transfers the file; installed viruses are owned by the player who ran the install command.

uninstalled viruses, tho.. don't know. i'd presume whoever transfers it would get the notifications. did you test that?
