The upload and transfer mission you would have to crack the password (pulse "ip", -p "ip") and connect to the target ip (connect "ip", -c "ip") then download the file mentioned in the mission. (download "file", dl "file" [you don't need to type the full file name]) After you finish the download task leave the target IP then visit the employer. If you don't have the employers IP address use the "where" command like if the employer is "The FBI" do "where fbi" and it will give you a IP to connect to.

After connecting upload the file you downloaded (upload "file", ul "file") and when you finish the task click the green check to complete the mission in the mission window.
