all you have to do is to be patient
then ,backup all your important things from hard drive to external drive
first you type - 'format harddrive'
by doing this you clear all the malware and
viruses set by attackers

then,
left click on your IP and click reset IP
then the attackers will not be able to again
hack you
if you want to do it really quick then pay the
game in the box appearing on the right
bottom of your window

then,

type as fallows in terminal

---clear
then,
---recovery
then,

now you will lost all your things in hard drive
but your data in external drive will remain
secure
and to get your things from external drive to hard drive simply backup it
now you are all fine
