I am a SUPER OG player of SH1. Just curious, what happened to it? I checked as little as a year ago maybe and it was still up, but attempts to recover my account were unsuccessful. Are there any historical archives? It'd be a shame if all of those hours spent on SH1 were all lost and forgotten.

well bud, there was a thing called SlaveHack legacy, which was essentially SH1 but a bit renewed. but then a few weeks back, someone found a bug which took down the servers for SlaveHack legacy and SH2, so Jesse shut down SlaveHack legacy for now. so essentially, your stuck playing SH2 for the meantime.
