I am relatively new, so excuse the lack of knowledge, but when trying to upload a requested file to an NPC, I get 'Access denied'. Whats going on?

Upload = You enter the name of the Program if it has no ID
Uploadid = you will see these in your Missions, NPC files normally had ID's to make it easier to Download or Delete the Files the Mission. As you are Uploading something from your File Explorer it has no ID only a Name, hence why you use Upload only. |

Yeah that did it. So whats the difference then between 'upload' and 'uploadid'?

Dont do uploadid.
For example do - upload hi123.rar |

Try doing Upload and Copy and Paste the File name
